and the winners are...

The South African Wine Tasting Championships is in its 3rd year and this year for the first time it is being held nationwide.

The Gauteng leg took place a few weeks ago and on Saturday 27th June the Cape Town leg was a busy affair at the Hilton Hotel in the city.

Over 100 entrants were drawn to the event and they were faced with 49 wines from 8 different wineries:

• Oldenburg
• Rivendell
• Spice Route 
• Spioenkop
• Steenberg

Great excitement as eTV covered the event and they even sent their reporter Bonga to participate.
